Symbiotic Fermentation Optimized  Microbial  Eco-System
Symbiotic fermentation is a form of fermentation in which multiple organisms (yease, lactic acid bacteria, acetic acid bacteria and others) interact in symbiosis in order to produce the desired product. By culturing useful microorganisms together, fermentation efficiency and functionality improves by maximizing interaction between microorganisms compared to single fermentation. For example, a yeast may produce ethanol, which is then consumed by an acetic acid bacterium.

Characteristics of LCS’ Fermentation method

  • Symbiotic fermentation of Nature (Ying-Yang Fermentation).

  • Synergistic interactions of yeast and lactic acid bacteria.

  • Compared to single fermentation, fermentation efficiency is strongly increased.
